Are You Leading an Organization Through Complexity and Change?

Some challenges can’t be solved by one leader alone. Conflicting priorities, limited resources, constant change, siloed teams — no talent or work ethic can out-run these.

I coach leaders to coach their teams — turning individual capability into collective capability, so the whole team shares responsibility for thinking, deciding, and adapting together. Picture a team that surfaces hard conversations, aligns fast when priorities shift, and delivers results no single leader could produce alone.

Using a systemic approach grounded in research on team effectiveness (not intuition or one-off workshops), I help your team zoom out, move beyond silos, and see — and act on — the whole system. Together, we create alignment, shared leadership, and shared responsibility around what matters most to your stakeholders.

A Whole-System Approach

Here's how I think about it

These are whole-system challenges, and solving them takes collective insight, alignment, and learning.

Our work unlocks value at every level:

  • ME – Individual growth
  • WE – Collective capability
  • US – Organizational impact

What This Looks Like in Practice

One leader I coached had two team members in conflict — so much so that they only communicated through him. Mediating had become a constant distraction, pulling his focus from what his team actually needed from him.

As his thinking partner, I asked a different question: what experiment could motivate them to own the relationship themselves? He gave them a shared goal and deliberately stepped back. With no one left to mediate, they found their own way to collaborate — and he got the time and energy back to focus on aligning his team with the organization’s strategy.

That’s the ME-to-WE shift in action: not just a better relationship on the team, but a leader freed to lead.

From ME to WE to Us

Coaching has long focused on the ME: developing leaders one-on-one. But research shows the WE — the team as a system — multiplies impact across the US: the organization. Teams with this kind of development see measurably stronger results and higher leadership effectiveness, yet most organizations lack a framework to build it.

I help leaders and their teams zoom out — seeing the connections within their system and learning to think and act together at the ME, WE, and US level, building alignment, shared leadership, and collective responsibility around what matters most.

Helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow together.

Together, we create space for honest reflection and real insight — grounded in science-backed coaching — so you leave with clarity, confidence, and momentum to act.

If you’re leading a team or organization, I bring a systemic perspective to your growth — helping your team see the whole system: the connections within it, and with the stakeholders who depend on it. Rather than another round of team building or psychometrics, we build alignment, shared leadership, and shared responsibility around your most critical objectives — so your team evolves from high-performing to high-value-creating.

If you’re navigating change within your own role, I bring that same lens to you — helping you see yourself in context: the team, stakeholders, and organization that shape your work, and that your growth shapes in return. Rather than generic advice or another self-help framework, we co-create clarity grounded in evidence-based practice — so you move from simply getting by to leading with real insight and confidence.

Whether you’re an individual, a team, or an organization, you’re working with a coach held to rigorous standards: a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Appreciative Inquiry Certified, ICF-credentialed (ACC), and certified in Team Development Essentials through training with Professor Peter Hawkins and Dr Catherine Carr. That expertise is grounded in science, shaped by systems, and put fully in service of your growth.
